We are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards and according to applicable laws, rules and regulations. Nordea Asset Management’s (including legal entities Nordea Investment Management AB, Nordea Investment Funds S.A and Nordea Funds Ltd) internal control and operating procedures are designed to detect and prevent misconduct and fraudulent actions; however, even the most efficient controls cannot fully safeguard against all possible circumstances. For this reason, we encourage all customers, partners as well as our own employees to always report any suspected fraudulent or unethical behavior.

What should you report?
Our whistleblowing procedure is intended solely for reporting suspected misconduct or irregularities, such as fraudulent, inappropriate, dishonest, illegal or negligent activity or behaviour. The whistleblowing procedure should not be used for customer complaints or to report on issues related to personal disputes.

How should you report misconduct?
We encourage you to report openly, by providing your own name and contact details, as all reports are handled with strict confidentiality. To ensure full anonymity Nordea uses a third-party system, WhistleB, which enables anyone to report suspected misconduct anonymously. The service is separate from Nordea’s IT systems, and does not track IP addresses or any other data that could identify the person reporting a concern. WhistleB can be accessed on any device, including smart phones. In addition to filing a report, WhistleB also enables you to exchange anonymous messages with investigators. There may be matters where further details are needed and feedback to the reporter about a concern raised will also happen through WhistleB. As a reporter, it is therefore important that you save the password you are given when reporting in order to access the platform again.
Should you choose to, you have the right to request and receive a complete list of information stored regarding your case, and if needed, have the right to request Nordea to correct incomplete or incorrect information.
You may also choose to report a Nordea Investment Management AB or Nordea Investment Funds S.A. related concern directly to the Nordea Group, by using the following reporting channel here. If doing so, in your report please explicitly state that you want Nordea Group to investigate the concern.
